Tom DiEgidio is a seasoned leader in fund administration, bringing over 30 years of experience in private equity and the alternative investment industry. Currently, he serves as Managing Partner of Augment Alts, where he leverages his expertise to enhance operational efficiency and provide innovative AI solutions.Throughout his career, Tom has managed tens of billions of dollars in alternative assets under administration and is recognized for his operational excellence, strategic vision, and disciplined financial stewardship. As a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, he has held prominent leadership roles at FD Fund Administration (a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter) and Ultimus LeverPoint.
His background includes senior management positions at Citi Private Equity Services and BNY Mellon, where he directed accounting administration and financial reporting for multi-billion-dollar investment partnerships.
In 2020, after five years at FDFA, Tom was appointed CEO, leading the firm through substantial growth and expanding assets under administration to over $30 billion before its acquisition by Ultimus in 2021. As President of Ultimus LeverPoint, he focused on business strategy, operational development, and sales growth across the firm's private fund services platform.

A veteran of several blue chip firms, including Merrill Lynch, Citi, Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney and iCapital, Michael excels at identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing cutting-edge business technology to significantly improve organizational efficiency and growth
He leverages a deep understanding of investment products and real world operational challenges to bridge the gap between legacy financial systems and modern, automated investment solutions.

Andrew is the architectural mind behind Augment’s product suite. A former Managing Director at Accenture, Andrew has 20 years experience building enterprise GTM operations at scale. He now oversees the development of Augment’s proprietary AI and automation tools, with a focus on conversational intelligence and data transparency.
